The Lower Columbia Human Resources Management Association is a chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. We are comprised of HR professionals located throughout the Lower Columbia region in northwest Oregon and southwest Washington.
LCHRMA’s mission is to engage the human resource community by providing networking and relationship building opportunities, professional development, and other resources that enhance HR professionals’ contributions to the workplace and the local community.
