April (4/7) – The Times They Are A-Changin’: What to Expect from a Biden NLRB

The National Labor Relations Act (“Act”), applies to all employees, even those not represented by a Union. With former Vice President Joe Biden’s return to Washington, there will be a new, union-friendly National Labor Relations Board administering the Act. Join Alex Wheatley for a one-hour labor relations talk on the significant developments under the Trump Board and what union and non-union employers can likely expect over the next four years.

Alex Wheatley is a partner in Fisher Phillip’s Portland law firm office. Alex’s practice focuses on employment litigation, labor-management relations, and counseling employers on Oregon and Washington employment and labor issues. He has substantial experience working with employers of all sizes in creating and implementing policies and practices, providing counsel with respect to discipline and termination decisions, and defending employers in court and before administrative agencies such as the NLRB, EEOC, and BOLI.
