Lower Columbia Human Resources Management Association has partnered with the Cascadia Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in order to expand training opportunities for LCHRMA members. ASTD-Cascadia offers 3+ hour quarterly learning events, special interest groups, geographic interest groups, 2-day series in cooperation with Portland State University, a 2-day regional conference in Salem in mid-October, and quarterly Learning Leader Forums.
