When coworkers make promises do you sigh in relief or do you start biting your nails? Do you make plans, set goals, give assignments, and hope that maybe people will deliver?

Never walk away from another touchy, controversial, or complex accountability issue again. Whether it’s a broken promise, violated expectation, or just plain bad behavior, those who can hold others accountable help their organization thrive.

With crucial accountability skills you’ll be able to deal with violated expectations early, discuss disappointments without encountering defensiveness, and solve accountability problems without damaging the relationship.

Crucial Accountability is a two-day course that  teaches a step-by-step process for enhancing accountability, improving performance, and ensuring execution. By learning how to talk about violated expectations in a way that solves problems while improving relationships, you’ll improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.

Led by popular instructor, Greg Sammis of Vital Smarts, this event will likely fill up quickly. Register soon to reserve your spot!

Date: April 25-26, 2018  8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
